How to deactivate a company file

we need to de-active some companies' files ID could you help me please, I have sent the request to customer support email, and they replay this: Unfortunately, this team does not support technical support queries, i don't know who else to contact, they had been doing this service every year for us, so not sure what is going on.  regards
