How to deactivate a company file

I have problem with upgrading company file, can I deactivate this old file and make a new company file?

    Hi Koslam1,

    Thanks for your post, and welcome to the Community Forum! Are you encountering an error message while grading a company file? By deactivating your company file, we can arrange for a new one to be set up for you. Please send me a private message with the following information, and I'll be glad to assist you with this.

    Serial Number.
    Company File ID.
    Full name and Email.

Sorry to hear that you were not able to get the support you needed. For me to take a look at this for you, could you please respond with the last four digits of your serial number and the Company File ID(s) that you need to deactivate?
