In Tray - Purchases
Hi
I seem to be experiencing issues with my Purchases In Tray, in that I select the required invoice, though when I click the Create New Bill nothing happens and the invoice is deleted from my In Tray.
I have emptied my cache (as per another post that I found), and this worked for one invoice only. Any other invoices that I have sent to my In Tray, have now resulted in the initial issue of nothing happening once I click on Create New Bill.
I used MYOB AccountRight at my current new employer, and I have not experienced this problem with their MYOB - only with mine that I use at home for my buisiness.
May someone be able to advise as to how I can use my In Tray as required, please?
