In Tray will not Load

Since the last update the In tray in purchases will not load, the screen just freezes.   Is anyone else having this issue?

    Hi swatts11 - thanks for your post, and sorry to hear your In tray isn't loading! I can't see any issues at our end so I hope this is just a temporary glitch.

     

    If the problem continues, reach out to MOCA, MYOB's virtual assistant, at myob.com/support for deeper assistance. If MOCA can't resolve the issue, the live chat team is available to provide further help.
