Thanks for confirming. I also tested other client files without upgrading to the latest version and they also are having in tray problems. I also noticed on the dashboard where it usually says no of unallocated & no of in tray documents - there in tray documents tile is blank

Yes same problem here, was loading earlier but not now, just saying loading but but nothing coming in

Yes, me too in the last 20mins or so, when I go to uploads it times out and then gives a 'Something went wrong' error. I also can't attach things to invoices at the moment, I was getting a strange long winded error, but now I can drag an attachment in and save, but when I go out and back into the invoice the attachment is gone...

Uploads is loading now, that part of the issue seems to be resolved for me now

Same here as well, nothing!! I know there are documents there and I have tried both dragging an invoice across and sending from outlook but nothing is there.
My In-Tray won't accept any documents. Finally comes with a red "Something went wrong" warning. I have closed and restarted the system for a reset hoping the error will correct itself but nothing has helped.
C'Mon MYOB everytime there is an update there seems to be another issue. Please fix.

Hi. I am having the same issue. It's the 21st Nov now, so not sure if the same problem? I know there are approximately 40 invoices in their for processing but they won't load. One time I had 1 invoice show up.

Hi, Same problem here today. I know there are a few invoices in there, but in tray won't load or a message pops up that tray is empty...

Same here and also unable to attach invoices to purchases. I get the "something went wrong" error.

Hi Pollyanna1, I contacted support direct through MYOB myaccount and lodged a bug issue for this and it was promptly fixed. You may need to do the same with support. Good luck.
