InTray Fails to Open when Clicked

Hi smilesofryde , sorry to hear you were having trouble loading In Tray in the desktop. Are you still experiencing this issue? If the In Tray window is appearing but documents you're expecting to be there aren't loading, you could try clicking the refresh icon: 

Alternatively, you can try working with In Tray in the browser. Click Open in web browser:

and click Uploads from the side menu:
