Notes not showing in MYOB intray
A couple of our staff have started using this app, receipts appear in the intray albeit some are so faint that the details cannot be seen. Also from their end, they have the option to add notes but those notes do not appear with the receipt in the intray. Is there any way to make them appear with the receipt in the intray otherwise it's pretty pointless for me as the accounts person as I need to know what the expense is for.

Thanks for the note about the MYOB Capture app. Totally get it’s a bit confusing when the In Tray tile doesn’t show the note you added.
Those notes show up on the transaction you create from the upload, for bills they’ll land in the Comment field, and for Spend money they’ll go into the Memo. If you open the upload and hit Create bill/Spend money, you’ll see the note straight away.
