Notes not showing in MYOB intray

A couple of our staff have started using this app, receipts appear in the intray albeit some are so faint that the details cannot be seen.  Also from their end, they have the option to add notes but ...

    Hi Irena2, 

     

    Thanks for the note about the MYOB Capture app. Totally get it’s a bit confusing when the In Tray tile doesn’t show the note you added.

     

    Those notes show up on the transaction you create from the upload, for bills they’ll land in the Comment field, and for Spend money they’ll go into the Memo. If you open the upload and hit Create bill/Spend money, you’ll see the note straight away.
