I have uploaded a number of invoices today to the intray and they no longer show.
What is going on?
I am the only one using the company file so know that no one else has recorded these invoices.

The team were able to release a hotfix last night to address this issue. Service should now be restored, thanks for your patience whilst we worked to resolve this.

MYOB are aware of this issue. Hopefully can be sorted soon.
You can go and work from the browser version, which is a little slower but your invoices will be there and can be downlaoded from there.
Having the same issue. "Error. Failed to load in Tray Documents. Try again later." All previous documents have disappeared and doesn't like new ones being uploaded.
