Invoices not getting sent when emailing

For some reason I am unable to email out invoices today.  Statements will send, but invoices are not sending out.  I have tried shutting down MYOB and restarting but getting the same result.  Help would be appreciated

    Thanks for posting. 

     

    Sorry to hear about your issues sending your invoice emails. I would suggest clearing the cache of your AccountRight as this might be the cause of the issue. 

    Here are the steps to follow to clear the cache. 

    1. Click the windows button + R
    2. Type %localappdata%/myob and click okay. 
    3. Open folders AccountRight > Current > Cache. 
    4. Delete all data inside the folder. 

    After that, we could try again and see if the invoice email could be sent.

     

    If this does not fix the issue. May I collect more information regarding the issue(any screenshots of error messages or diagnostic logs)?
