Thanks for posting.
Sorry to hear about your issues sending your invoice emails. I would suggest clearing the cache of your AccountRight as this might be the cause of the issue.
Here are the steps to follow to clear the cache.
- Click the windows button + R
- Type %localappdata%/myob and click okay.
- Open folders AccountRight > Current > Cache.
- Delete all data inside the folder.
After that, we could try again and see if the invoice email could be sent.
If this does not fix the issue. May I collect more information regarding the issue(any screenshots of error messages or diagnostic logs)?
