INVOICING

A year has passed since the numerous requests for attaching documents to sales invoices. Has MYOB come up with a solution?

    Hi Stormyweather

     

    Thank you for your post. We really value your suggestions. For now, it isn't possible to add extra attachments to be emailed along with the sales invoices within AccountRight. Rest assured that we will be raising your suggestion to the right team, and we will let you know once this feature is already available. 

     

    Meanwhile, there's an option you can try is to set your emailing client to work offline, send the invoice, go to the outbox of your emailing client, add the attachment to the message then set it to work online. Another is to save the invoice as a pdf and then manually attach both documents to an email.
