Issue with Forwarding Purchase Invoice emails Automatically from outlook inbox to MYOB in-tray

Hi,

 

I am getting the following error message from Outlook.

 

Delivery has failed to these recipients or groups:

76d7c83c-768f-40c0-998a-f46510f5e37e@document.myob.com (76d7c83c-768f-40c0-998a-f46510f5e37e@document.myob.com)
Your message wasn't delivered because the recipient's email provider rejected it.

 

Is there any way to add/mark my accounts email as "Safe" and go to the in tray?

    Hi there JoanneAB,

     

    It appears that the email address you're using may be blacklisted on the recipient's end. With that, you can reach out to the recipient, making sure that the email address you're using is whitelisted. This is to ensure that you will no longer receive the error message. Also, you can reset your email address from In Tray. See this link for more information.
