Journal Memo - Bills (Purchases)

How do you rectify a journal memo that when exporting the journal transactions doesn't wrap onto multiple lines. I can't seem to amend the journal memo field its all greyed out. I have 60-100 of these tranactions going back 5 years or so

    Hi Marlon1 

    Thanks for your post.

    Here are a 2 possible reasons why these transactions can't be edited. 

    • The file might be on a Lock a period
    • The file is setup so that we can't change edit anything just reverse it - (Setup>Preferences>Security>Transactions CAN'T be Changed; They Must be Reversed{System-wide})

    After editing your file Preferences, we could restart the program then try to edit the journal transactions. If the issue still persist after, don't hesitate to reply to this thread with screenshots for further assistance.
