LEVEL A price change

Does anyone know why my LEVEL A pricing would be greyed out and not changeable.

It appears to be across all products.

Is it a setting that has been inadvertently changed in our system?

Thanks in advance.

  • Hello SGW,

Since the prices isn't updating as expected and it's charging the amount for Level A customers, it's worth having the support team take a closer look. Best move is to reach out on Live Chat via our virtual assistant, MOCA, or by submitting a support case via MyAccount, so they can check what's going on and help you get it sorted.

    Cheers,

    Doreen

    Hey SGW,

Thanks for the question— happy to clear that up. Level A pricing's actually the base selling price, which is why it's greyed out and can't be edited directly. If you need to change it, just use the Base Selling Price field instead— that's the one you'll want to tweak. You can also check this link for more info.

    Hi Doreen,

That's what I thought, but if you look at my screenshot, I have some items that are not updating. When I invoice a Level A customer, it invoices the wrong price.

    Regards
