Lost Administartion Password

Hii good morning team.

 

I bring foward the caption partaining above. I was quit busy with other tasks and I cant remember my login password.

 

I as a MYOB Partner and MYOB practice, I humbly come to your busy office to atleast make it any alternative ways to recover my password.
