Multiple invoice items under one header

Is it possible to create a header with multiple invoice items underneath this and save it for future invoices?

For example, if we create a header called "service", then have all the invoice items underneath this header that make up this service, then another called "brakes" which will have all the invoice items under that etc.

If these can be saved then we can simply insert them as required into each invoice rather than typing each invoice item in every single time for each header.
