MYOB Reports Not Printing Report Titles

I currently have 3 MYOB accounts and each MYOB is not printing the report titles. I have cleared the Cache and completed all steps detailed.

I can run any report and it will show the title on the screen but when I actually print the report out, the Report  headings and most of the company name and address are gone.  I have tried to print off the Preview screen and adjust all the margins but the report Titles and part of the company name are still not showing.

I can save the reports to PDF and then print and the report title will show, but this takes time.
