MYOB Verification - ONLINE INVOICE PAYMENTS

We have finally received verification from MYOB and I have followed the steps to disable the online invoice payments setup.

 

The Allow Online Invoice Payments is no longer ticked BUT it is still highlighted in green as ACTIVE.

 

A test run also confirmed that the email is still being forwarded with the MYOB online service (pay securely) option attached (which we do not use).

 

We need this rectified urgently.  Can you please forward instructions on how to fix this successfully and disable that feature.

    Hi SPC5160,

     

    You'll be able to change your online payment settings from your preferences window; you can get there by selecting Setup > Preferences on your top taskbar. You can find the steps here. In case you’ve encounter issue while on the process, you can reach out our live chat team via our virtual assistant, MOCA, or by submitting a support case via MyAccount for further help needed.

    Hi,

    Absolutely the same outcome!

    Still showing as online payments are activated when email is sent to customer.

    Hi SPC5160,

     

    Just a heads-up, it's expected that the system still shows the service as active because the online payments feature itself hasn't been fully cancelled, only disabled for new invoices.

     

    Please note that if the service is fully cancelled, you may be prompted by the system at a later stage to go through the verification and setup process again if you decide to enable it. So keeping it active but disabled is often the simpler option.
