MYOB Verification - ONLINE INVOICE PAYMENTS
We have finally received verification from MYOB and I have followed the steps to disable the online invoice payments setup.
The Allow Online Invoice Payments is no longer ticked BUT it is still highlighted in green as ACTIVE.
A test run also confirmed that the email is still being forwarded with the MYOB online service (pay securely) option attached (which we do not use).
We need this rectified urgently. Can you please forward instructions on how to fix this successfully and disable that feature.
