opening myob - states backup in progress but not correct

When I try to open my MYOB file I get this message:

 

Back up in progress

The company file is currently backing up 

You can sign on once the backup is complete

 

There is no MYOB file open

  • Hi All,  I finally had this resolved by calling MYOB who were able to reset our file within 1 minute so back operating as per normal.  Only frustration was no way to resolve without there direct assistance so had to wait 2 hours for them to open.

    When I try to open my MYOB file I get this message:

    Neither our accountant or anyone in our office is using MYOB.

    Hi

    We are having the same issue.  Backup completed fine last night.  This morning was are getting the MYOB file is backing up message.  Happened to two files we need for invoicing and shipping.  Please help ASAP.  I am sending this to as many community feeds that I can see hoping someone can help
