Order to Bill conversion date and time

How can i find out exact date and time when an Order was converted into a Bill?

I’d be looking at the journal security report under the Accounts tab of the reports. This report is designed to capture all changes to the transaction journal, such as when a transaction is recorded.
Locate the time the bill was recorded and this will give you the date and time information. Note that there may be a delay between the point where a user clicked the button to convert the order to a bill and the recording of the bill which is not possible to capture within the system
