MYOB Time Billing and eInvoicing Issue

The Government requires invoice to be sent as eInvoices; however, we are currently using Time Billing invoice in MYOB account right. Unfortunately, TimeBilling invoices cannot be sent as eInvoices. This has been an issue for over an year - do you know when MYOB will be able to resolve it?

Thanks for flagging this with us. I understand that it’s urgent with the eInvoicing rules for the government, but there isn’t really a perfect fix for it at the moment. For now, there’s a bit of a workaround you can try: Enter the time billing invoice into the desktop version, then create a services layout invoice in the browser so you can send it via eInvoicing. After that, you can create a credit note for one of the invoices and use it to clear the other. You will end up with duplicate invoices. I know it’s a bit clunky, but it’s the only option we’ve got for now.

    Cheers,
