Pay Now missing when importing invoices

Hello,

I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this.

Our organisation has a large number of invoices that it generates each day and manually entering them in is very time-consuming. We have begun importing the invoices using the import feature to save time but have found out that the Pay Now button is not available to our clients when we load the invoices like this.

 

Upon inspection of the invoices, they appear to have the Pay Now feature activated but we are required to untick and then retick the button to have this show on the client invoices.

 

Refreshing these invoices is very tedious and time consuming and I am looking for a solution to better manage this process

    We are having the same issue - would be great if this could be resolved as having to go into every invoice and refresh defeats the purpose of using upload feature!

    Since the online payments get activated only when an invoice is created in the system, it will be required to refresh the imported invoices in order to enable online payments on them. At this stage, we don't have another workaround for this situation but have passed on your feedback to the relevant teams for consideration.
