Paying an Bill or Purchase Order in installments

Question

Hello,&nbsp;&nbsp;I have created a 1 PO for 2 repair jobs at a mechanic service but they have sent us 2 seperate Invoices&nbsp;I converted the PO to a bill and am now wondering&nbsp;How can I split the bill into 2 partial payments? as if to pay something in installments&nbsp;Also might be worth mentioning that they must be paid in a bulk payment together&nbsp;They cannot be direct debited&nbsp;

hi&nbsp;Scoll-12&nbsp;&nbsp;I assume you are saying you have two invoices say for $100 and $200 and are paying via an ABA file.&nbsp;Go and do a pay bill $100 and record their invoice number in the&nbsp; statement text, and your name.&nbsp;Then do another pay bill for the remainder with that invoice number and your name in the statement text.&nbsp;Your bill will be paid in full in your data file and they will know which invoice the amounts are paying.&nbsp;
