PDF Invoice Only

We invoice a number of large companies and their OCR seems to be set up that invoice emails won't be accepted if there is a HTML link to an invoice - it will only be recognised if the email is sent as a PDF only.  I can't see that option in the setup preferences - help please as it is very time consuming downloading them all.  To clarify the mentioned OCR's also won't accept bulk invoices on one email.

    I understand you're looking for a simpler way to send invoices as PDFs only. In AccountRight, you have two options when emailing invoices: you can either include a link to the online invoice or include a link to the online invoice and attach a PDF. This way, your customers will get the PDF directly and won’t need to use or view the online link.

     

    If your customers aren’t getting the email due to OCR settings, you might need to download each invoice as a PDF and email them manually for now. I know it’s a bit of a hassle, but it can help in the meantime.

     

    Also, you might want to suggest this feature on our AccountRight ideas board so our team can think about adding it in the future!
