Question

HiI have just created a new user. When they print an invoice the system will not prompt to auto print delivery dockets or packing slips. I was able to get this working with my log in which has administrator rights. But the option in Setup - Preferences for the new user is greyed out. How do I give this person access to be able to make this an option when printing orders or invoices.&nbsp;

There are a number of products you could be referring to, so I'm not sure which program or service you're using.
