Why has MYOB changed our email preferences with notice or approval from outlook server back to their server and removed the download pdf link in invoices?
Hi TraceyNN,
I get how that’s inconvenient, especially if Outlook’s your go‑to. This started after we moved to Secure Invoicing. Once your business is verified, new invoices have Online Payments turned on by default so it’s easier and safer for your customers to pay. If you’d rather stick with Outlook, head to Setup > Preferences > Emailing > Email defaults and choose the option you prefer.
