PRINTING INVOICES

  • The first: appears to have started with our latest version upgrade to AccountRight and means that some customers are no longer able to reprint or email invoices which are in a locked period. 

I would like to know when can we expect receiving an update regarding the issue mentioned above.

Customers are asking copies of invoice which we cannot provide, thank you.

    Thank you for your post and we apologize if you are unable to print invoices during a locked period. We are aware of this issue and the developers are already working for a permanent solution. Alternatively, if your file is in the cloud you can print or email the sale from the browser. In Accountright you may disable the lock period temporarily to print or email existing sales. 

    The lock period can be changed from Set Up > Preferences > Security.

    I am having the same problem, I cannot email or print invoices in the locked period.

    It is ridiculous to have to 'unlock' the period every time I need to send out any overdue invoices.

    Can this please be addressed ASAP.

    Hi cramptons,

     

    I totally get how much hassle it must be to have to unlock the period each time you need to send out those overdue invoices. Our team is still investigating this issue and working toward a solution as soon as possible. I have also added your account as one of the impacted for documentation purposes. In the meantime, you could try to print or email invoices from the browser.
