Purchase Orders Last Buy Price

When I enter a Purchase Order the previous buy price is not automatically showing up

(it used to).  Not sure why not.  Please see attached example.

    Hi DJB 

     

    Is Setup>>Preferences>>Inventory>>Use Standard Cost as the Default Price of Purchase Orders and Bills enabled? If so, the Standard Cost i.e. $0.00 will be listed on the transaction instead of $42.35.

    If that is not enabled, getting a screenshot of the Enter Purchases window with that item just being selected OR an indication as to what price is being used would be ideal.
