Hi Chemika
I'd suggest trying out other default invoice templates in the browser version to see if there's one fits your needs. If not, you can also create custom templates to suit your needs. You can access it by clicking on the business name from top right > Sales settings > Templates, both customer name and address can be displayed:
Please feel free to let us know how you go.

I have also discovered this occurs when trying to create invoices using our templates on the browser version - MYOB help tells me displaying the company name is not supported (curious omission for a tax invoice which must show the name of the company/individual being invoiced) .... their other suggestion was to use their online invoice template - which is largely uncustomisable and the footer section really inadequate & a bit 'Mickey Mouse' with large QR code and hyperlinks to online invoice which is not part of our customer requirements nor the image for our business. They have no ability to allow customisation via the browser and being as I cannot attend the office at the moment it is very limiting to business.

Unfortunately the customisation is severely lacking on the browser templates - the footer section is embarrasing - the company name and bank account name fold over 2 lines as the box is too small. The QR code dominates and there are multiple other fields which we would like to incorporate. It is unprofessional to swap and change invoice templates frequently. Not happy.
