I have also discovered this occurs when trying to create invoices using our templates on the browser version - MYOB help tells me displaying the company name is not supported (curious omission for a tax invoice which must show the name of the company/individual being invoiced) .... their other suggestion was to use their online invoice template - which is largely uncustomisable and the footer section really inadequate & a bit 'Mickey Mouse' with large QR code and hyperlinks to online invoice which is not part of our customer requirements nor the image for our business. They have no ability to allow customisation via the browser and being as I cannot attend the office at the moment it is very limiting to business.
