Recorded Purchase Error

Hi,

 

We are needing to delete a payment off a purchase invoice, however, we are gettig this error message.

 

Why does it not let us delete this payment?

 

Is there a way around this to unallocate the payment?

    Hi Blair_38 

     

    This will be because the payment was applied to an Order (not an Invoice). MYOB does not allow you to delete a payment against the Order as the order is no longer accessible once converted to an invoice. You may be able to reverse. Check Support section for correcting payments against Orders.
