Records skipping when doing a sales Import

Hi,

 

I am having trouble importing sales.  The records keep skipping even though I used the format exported from MYOB.

 

Could you please advise how to fix this issue?

Here is the log I got.

0 records imported without errors.
0 records imported with warnings.
1 records skipped.

Summary of errors
Error 0: Unexpected import error - Item is not sold or base selling price is not set!

    Hi ap-learning88 

     

    Thanks for your post. It seems that the item you are trying to import is not sold - When importing, this field must match an pre-existing item in the company file.

     

    It seems from the attached file that the data doesn't line up with the headings correctly. I would review your import file. I'd recommend reviewing this article: Using an import template.
