Sales freeze when recording

Hi,

When recording a sale with reimbursements, MYOB constantly freezes. No error message and I have to restart my laptop.

Does anyone have any solutions? I cleared the cahe but this did not work.

    Hi Yorg,

     

    Thank you for your post, and welcome to the community forum.

     

    In this case, I would suggest checking a few things on your own. Confirm that your laptop meets the minimum system requirements for MYOB. Running software on a system below the recommended specifications can cause performance issues. Log out of the account, kindly clear the AccountRight cache again, or uninstall and reinstall the software.

     

    If the issue persists, please feel free to reply to this message, and I'll investigate it further.
