Sales invoices not picking up GST

Just noticed that a client's invoices are not picking up GST when they are raised.

I've checked the GST settings in the system, checked the income account and checked the items list and all are set up correctly.

I even added the GST in manually by clicking on the Tax box but it still won't save the GST.

Any ideas on why this might be happening?
