Sales Register - printout misses invoices showing on the screen

We use a Sales Register list by date as our service/delivery guide.

We often print these a few days in advance so we can get organised for servicing that customer area.

Before the date more customers may be added and alterations made. Alterations may be made to the invoice for that date if the customer requests changes - the change may be made a few days after.

However, I have found that when I view the Sales Register for a particular day (after that service/invoice date) the screen view has the later adjustments but the printout does not.

There appears to be a disconnect between screen view and printout which is a very serious concern.

 

Has anyone else experiences this?

How can this be corrected?

    Seems like you're having some trouble with missing invoice details when printing. No worries, I'm here to lend a hand! Have you had a chance to update your AccountRight to the latest version yet? If you have and the problem's still there, we might need to take a closer look at what's going on behind the scenes. We can do this by getting the diagnostic log. Additionally, clearing your AccountRight cache can also help fix these kinds of issues. Give it a try, and let's see if it helps!
