Selling my Business

I currently am in the progress of selling my Business

 

I currently have a 5 user AccountRight licence

Is this transferrable to the new owner or do the threy to purchase a new one?

Should a new file be created? I can import Cutomers/Suppliers, Items etc

    Hi JeffHarsh , if you are selling the assets of the business rather than the shares of the company, then using a 3rd party service you could prepare a skeleton file with all the master records, including payroll (in Aust), and give that to the purchaser,  who would need their own license, and would change the serial number.
