Timing Out

I am going to have to request IT to get the extender as in what was indicated in my reply yesterda.  What informatoin do they require as need this sorted asap as unable to enter our stock into MYOB Account Right - Order to Bill function is just timing out.

No additional requirements are necessary. Your IT team just needs to follow the provided step-by-step instructions in that Help Article by clicking on "Steps to involved (Click to expand)".
