Two refunds for same customer
Is it possible to create a single refund transaction for two different refunds for the same customer? I have two amounts of $90.00 credit for a customer and want to transfer the $180.00 in one transaction.

Yes, it's possible to pop through a single refund for those two amounts— no dramas there. But just a heads-up, doing it this way might trip things in your bank feeds, since they don't play too nicely with batch-style refunds. To keep things smooth and tidy on the bank reconciliation side, we recommend processing each refund separately. It saves you headache later on when it's time to match things up.
