Hi TonuConstruct,
Thanks for your post, and welcome to the MYOB Community Forum!
It's indeed odd to have invoices marked as paid without receiving any payment. It's advisable to revisit the invoice transactions to verify if a payment has been logged for those unpaid invoices. Remember, an invoice won't be marked as paid unless a payment has been either automatically or manually logged.
Feel free to post again anytime you require further assistance.
Kind regards,
Shella
Thanks, Shella.
We’re just still confused around how myob is showing it as being paid 61 days ago though? The job was requested approx. 14 days ago, then completed and invoiced 11 days ago. Please let me know how I can have this matter investigated further and potentially speak to someone directly.
Thanks.

Hi TonuConstruct,
I get why you’d want to know why the invoice was paid 61 days ago even though it’s a recent one. As of now, MYOB does not have a way to check the file on our end. Here’s what we can do though: open the invoice, check the history, and look at the payment transaction linked to it to see the date. Then, we can pull up the Journal Security Audit report to see when and who created those transactions. This should help us figure out how the invoice was marked as closed.
If you require any other assistance, feel free to create a new thread.
Thanks,
Genreve
Hi Genreve,
Thanks for your reply. I followed your steps and this has unfortunately not solved the issue and has raised further questions. I’m not comfortable talking about our business finances in a public forum - again, please direct me in how to talk to someone directly about this issue.
