Hi Julie4444,
Thank you for your post. So I can investigate can you please confirm and troubleshoot the following:
- Can I please confirm which build version of AccountRight 2019.4 are you on ? (this can be found by going to help > About MYOB AccountRight) If your build version is not AccountRight 2019.4.23.1762 you will need to upgrade to the latest build via our downloads page.
- Can you please clear your AccountRight Cache.
- Can you please confirm what are the exact steps you are taking when attempting to link another document ? e.g. which window are you in
- Do you get any error messages ?

Hello, thank you for your reply. On investigation I have realised that I don't have the updated version. When I go to update, I am asked to click the "uninstall" button, is this right?

Hi Julie4444,
If you are asked to uninstall this would mean that you have the latest version installed on your computer, I would check your downloads folder to find the download of this version.

Thank you for your help, I have now resolved the problem. After the update it all works fine.
