My apologies for the delay in our response. The issue you're experiencing with processing payroll in the MYOB AccountRight app or online is due to a saved pay run. To resolve this, you need to click on Continue or New Pay Run. This should allow you to proceed with processing the payroll. Please refer to this Help article, Saving and Resuming a Pay Run, which has detailed information to assist with this.
