Accruing Leave Annually

We would like to show our employees with over 10 years service as accruing their additional 5 years LSL annually. If we set this up as 'equals XX hours per year', what does Myob take to be a year? Is it each anniversary of the employment starting, or financial year, or other?

    Hi

     

    In my personal opinion and experience, it's better to record LSL separately outside of MYOB, as there are some complexities around recording LSL in MYOB.
