Annual leave entitlements error

I had MYOB crash this morning [seems to be happening a bit this week] whilst in the middle of a payrole. Had to start again. But i'm noticing the annual leave entitlements are not accruing. I'm trying to process christmas new year pays.  Anyone else noticed this ?

    Also noticed ALL the YTD data is not altering with each pay week processed.

    Hi Traceo,

    Thank you so much for your detailed post and my apologies for the late response. 

    Are you still having this issue? Usually, when entitlements aren't accruing, it often relates to the specific setup of the category rather than a broader issue.
     

    If you're noticing that your leave entitlements aren't accruing as anticipated, I would suggest going to Payroll >> Payroll Categories >> Entitlements, selecting the relevant entitlement, and reviewing the Calculation basis."

    Thanks for follow up.  At this stage i cannot comment. Will check on next pay run next week. If i notice issues i'll post again.
