Since I have been syncing the hours (Timesheet) from Aussie Time Sheet software, and i go to MYOB to place all standard pay hours to 0, when i sync the hours over it resets the standard pay house to their base hours again.

The Standard Pay fields won't automatically populate unless you have reset the payroll defaults. This issue can be due to caching problems in your software. I recommend clearing your AccountRight cache to avoid software discrepancies. Clearing the AccountRight cache

I will give it a go... i def have not reset the payroll defaults, i just sync the timesheet over to MYOB and i make sure the standard pay is set to $0, but i shouldnt have to check this every pay week.
