Best way to do a pay when someone wants to take extra leave?

Hi,

 

I was hoping someone could please assist. What is the best way to do a pay when someone wants to take extra pay? for instance an extra 20 hours annual leave on top of there normal weekly pay. Would you do a separate pay for this? How is the tax calculated?

 

Do you add additional days annual leave to their entitlements?
