Brighter Super

We have two employees who Zurich super has been taken over by Brighter Super (USI 2305 3121 561 208), but this isn't showing in the MYOB AR Listing.  What do I do?

  • If Brighter Super isn't showing in the MYOB AR Listing, try updating your superannuation funds list in MYOB. Go to the superannuation settings and manually add Brighter Super using the USI provided. If it's still not appearing, you may need to update your MYOB software or contact MYOB support for further assistance.

    Hey Dee_Cee,

     

    The USI you've provided for Brighter Super (USI 2305 3121 561 208) isn't showing up when I tried to search it. Even on the ATO's Super Fund Lookup tool. I'd recommend reaching out directly to Brighter Super. They should be able to confirm the correct USI and ABN. Once you have the updated information, you can manually add or update the super fund in MYOB AccountRight. Here's a link that you can follow.

    Thanks for providing the correct USI. You mentioned that the Zurich has been taken over by Brighter Super and the USI 23053121564208 can still be under Zurich, which causes the fund not to show up when creating it on MYOB AccountRight. With that, it would be best to contact the fund and get the updated details to know which one to enter on MYOB AccountRight.
