Change employee details on past payslip and re-issue

One of the staff requesting to change the name on the past payslip and re-issue . How can I change the employee detaisl on past payslips and re-issue on AccountRight while other things like amount and leave balance all remain unchanged.

    Thanks for your post. Employee details, such as name and address, are pulled from the employee card at the time of printing/emailing the payslip. This means that if you change those details in the employee card then re-print/email past payslips, the payslips will display those changes.

    I changed the employee details on the respective employee's card and opened "Print/Email Pay Slip" on payroll command center to reprint. But nothing shows up. I have already issued the payslip for the particular pay once before. the employee already got it. But the employee again need the same payslip with changed details. How can I find past and reprint payslips of the employees (which has been already printed or emailed once before).

    Hi STky 

     

    My apologies for the delay in getting back to you. To reprint/email a payslip go to Print/Email Pay Slips>>click on Advanced Filters and untick Unprinted or Unsent Pay Slips only. You can also change an individual payslip by opening the pay transaction and changing the Pay Slip Delivery Status to ToBe Printed/Emailed.
