Changing from hourly to salary
Good morning,
I have an employee who is changing from an hourly rate to salary. Going off previous community discussions, I have created a new Entitlement Category for A/L Accrual Salary and assigned this to him. He currently has over 100 hours A/L owing, which is still sitting under the hourly A/L Accrual entitlement. What is the best way to deal with this? Should I deduct them from this category and add them to the new A/L Salary?

Shifting accruals between categories isn’t the really given it's own steps outright, but one of the easiest ways is to pop in a void pay that updates the entitlement category for both your salaried and hourly staff.
