Customise payslip

Hey,

 

The payslip shows the employee's entire payroll categories they have ever used and the employee's struggle to read them (and so do I)

 

How do you customise the payslip so it only shows the payroll category they were paid. Not the 40 thousand that are in there card file?

    Thanks for reaching out, and welcome to the Community Forum!

     

    If a payroll category has been used in the current payroll year, and you have the preference 'Include all YTD amounts....' ticked, payroll categories with YTD amounts will always show on the payslip. 

     

    If you are only wanting to show the payroll categories that have been used during the pay cycle only, you can untick the preference to 'Include all YTD amounts....'. See below:

        Hi BO3,

         

        If you navigate to the 'Setup' dropdown > select 'Preferences, then you'll find the checkbox under the Reports & Forms tab.
