deduction list to import for staff

Hi 

Just wondering, we have so many staff and all of them have salary packaging deduction amount. How can i create a file include all the payroll deductions and import it at one time for all the staff rather than set a deduction for each of them one by one. 

Is there a sample file for the deduction import list? and which file type to I need to choose when i import the file?
